I’ve been remiss to at least update things here on the selling of Conduit Labs to Zynga. In one of those classic moments where you plan to “get to it tomorrow so you can really do it right” — suddenly it’s a month later.
The delay is mostly because I always do post-mortems on this kind of thing, and it has been taking me a little while to digest the goods and the bads in a way that will hopefully help others. So. I’m still planning to do a real proper “lessons learned” at an upcoming talk that I’ve been asked to do. In the meantime this will be the breadcrumb on this blog for that excellent moment when we joined up with Zynga.
